This website, quickzapp.co.in, is owned and operated by Quickzapp Tech Utility Services LLP (LLPIN ACP-6656, GSTIN 36AABFQ3562A1ZN), with its registered office at Villa No. 42, Ramky Pearl, HMT Satavahana Nagar, Opp. JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500072, India. By using this website or our services you agree to these terms.
2. Our services
We offer the Lakshya AI tutor, the Mangalam Bhava astrology service, and technology services including IoT integration, smart infrastructure and C4I solutions. Services marked "Coming soon" are not yet available. Technology services for institutions are provided under a separate written agreement, which takes priority over these terms.
3. Lakshya
Lakshya is an educational aid. It supports a child's learning and does not replace school, teachers or professional advice. Lakshya uses artificial intelligence, and its answers may sometimes be incomplete or wrong. An account for a child must be created by a parent, a guardian or the child's school, who is responsible for the child's use of the service. Lakshya is provided at lakshyalearning.co.in under the Lakshya terms of use, which apply to that service.
4. Mangalam Bhava
Mangalam Bhava is governed by the Disclaimer and Terms published on mangalambhava.com. Astrological content is for personal reflection only and is not professional advice.
5. Pricing and payments
Prices shown on this website are in Indian rupees. GST is added on top at the applicable rate, and the total including GST is shown before you pay. Current Lakshya prices are published on lakshyalearning.co.in/pricing, which applies if any price on this website differs. Lakshya payments are made on lakshyalearning.co.in and processed by Razorpay; every payment gets a GST tax invoice. Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund and Cancellation policy.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse our website or services, attempt to gain unauthorised access, interfere with their operation, or use them for any unlawful purpose.
7. Intellectual property
The QuickZapp, Lakshya and Mangalam Bhava names, logos, content and software belong to Quickzapp Tech Utility Services LLP or its licensors. You may not copy or reuse them without our written permission.
8. Disclaimer and liability
We provide this website and our services with reasonable care, but on an "as is" basis and without warranties of any kind to the extent the law allows. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the service in the three months before the claim arose.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Hyderabad, Telangana have exclusive jurisdiction.
