1. Who we are

Quickzapp Tech Utility Services LLP (LLPIN ACP-6656) operates this website, quickzapp.co.in, and the Lakshya AI tutor at lakshyalearning.co.in. Our registered office is at Villa No. 42, Ramky Pearl, HMT Satavahana Nagar, Opp. JNTU, Kukatpally, Hyderabad, Telangana – 500072, India. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean Quickzapp Tech Utility Services LLP. We are the data fiduciary for the personal data described here.

Mangalam Bhava is also operated by us and has its own Privacy Policy on mangalambhava.com, which applies to that service.

2. What we collect

• Enquiries on this website. Your name, mobile number, email address if you give it, the subject you choose and your message.
• Lakshya. Lakshya is used through lakshyalearning.co.in. The personal data of parents and children using Lakshya is handled under the Lakshya privacy notice, which applies to that service, together with section 3 below.
• Technical data. Standard server logs such as IP address, browser type and time of visit. When you send an enquiry, we also store the IP address and browser type with your details, to block spam and misuse.

We do not ask for government identity numbers on this website. We do not collect payment card details ourselves. Payments for Lakshya are processed by Razorpay, a licensed payment gateway.

3. Children's data

Lakshya is used by children under 18. A child's account is created by a parent, a guardian or the child's school, and we process a child's personal data only with the verifiable consent of the parent or guardian, as required by the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

We do not show advertising to children, we do not track children for advertising, and we do not sell children's data.

4. How we use personal data

• To reply to your enquiry.
• To provide the Lakshya tutor, including screening messages for safety and showing progress to the parent or school.
• To keep our services secure and to fix problems.
• To meet our legal and tax obligations.

5. Who we share it with

We share personal data only with service providers who help us run our services, such as web hosting, email, messaging and AI model providers. They process data on our instructions and under confidentiality obligations. We may disclose data when the law requires it. We do not sell personal data and we do not share it with advertisers.

6. Storage and retention

Data is protected in transit by encryption. We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to stay in touch about the service you asked about, and Lakshya data for as long as the account is active. We delete or anonymise personal data when it is no longer needed, unless the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

You can ask us for a summary of the personal data we hold about you or your child, ask us to correct or erase it, withdraw your consent, and nominate another person to exercise your rights. Withdrawing consent may mean we can no longer provide the service. Write to us using the details in section 9. If you are not satisfied with our reply, you may complain to the Data Protection Board of India.

8. Cookies and third-party content

This website does not use advertising cookies, and we do not run our own analytics. Our hosting provider, GoDaddy, adds a small script to each page that measures how quickly the site loads. It may collect technical data such as your IP address, browser type and page load times, which GoDaddy handles under its own privacy policy. We do not use it for advertising.

Fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which means your browser makes a request to Google's servers. Links to other websites are governed by those websites' own policies.
