Refund and Cancellation
How cancellations, refunds and delivery work for our paid services, including Lakshya.
Effective date: 1 November 2026
Lakshya. Lakshya plans are bought and managed on lakshyalearning.co.in. The full Lakshya refund and cancellation policy applies to every Lakshya payment and prevails over the summary below.
1. Delivery of services
Our products are digital services. Nothing is shipped. A Lakshya plan or top-up is activated on the child's account after a successful payment, and every payment gets a GST tax invoice.
2. Cancellation
Lakshya plans do not renew automatically. A plan stops when you do not pay for the next month, and nothing further is charged. A plan already paid for keeps working until the end of that month. A renewal paid early can be cancelled in full before it starts.
3. Refunds for Lakshya, in summary
- Failed or duplicate payments. Refunded in full.
- New Lite, Standard or Pro plan. Full refund within 7 days if the child has not used it.
- Top-ups. Full refund within 7 days if none of it has been used.
- Starter plan. Not refundable once started, except for payment or service problems.
- Monthly renewals. Not refundable once the new month has begun.
- Service problems. If Lakshya is unavailable for a long time or does not work as described, report it within 7 days and the plan is extended or the affected part refunded.
Approved Lakshya refunds are credited to the child's Lakshya wallet, include the GST paid, and are never reduced by payment-gateway charges.
4. How to ask for a refund
Use the Lakshya contact page and choose "Payment, plan or refund", or email contact@quickzapp.co.in. Give the parent email on the account, the child's username and the Razorpay payment reference from your receipt. We reply within 2 working days.
5. Refund timeline
Approved Lakshya refunds are credited to the wallet as soon as they are approved. For other services, approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days.
6. Other services
IoT, smart infrastructure and C4I engagements are governed by the cancellation and refund terms in the written agreement for each project. Mangalam Bhava is free for the first month after you sign up. Paid plans follow, and the price is shown on mangalambhava.com before you pay. Failed or duplicate payments for Mangalam Bhava are refunded in full, and you can cancel a paid plan at any time.
